    new fetish site needs promoting

    hi there,

    am reallt pleased to have found such a great resource. this board seems v friendly.

    i'm a model running my own paysite, also featuring many guest models. original content, high quality, vintage styled fetish pix and erotic stories, along with movies and mp3s. i'm really happy with the site and how it looks. we've had nothing but great reviews from jane's guide, skin 2, penthouse etc.

    my problem is that although i'm good at putting the content together i'm not doing a good job of promoting and generating traffic.

    if anyone has any helpful hints on where to promote my site or any other traffic generating ideas, that'd be great.

    although the site is fetish based, it's also quite glamourous and softcore. i don't want to change the feel of my site, just get more people to see it.

    i understand that many people will be sick of answering this question and i'll be checking old related posts on the board, but i wanted to introduce myself too.

    any feedback on the site would be great too. i say it's a new site, it's actually been live for 4 months now but i still feel like a beginner.

      Scarlet Mews is a really nice looking site and it looks like you have top-notch content. It looks like your reviews were well deserved!

      Have you thought about adding a screen saver to the site? They can be really effictive marketing tools if used right.

              Just an observation...

              I tried to take a look at your site since I am building a site of my own.

              I use Norton Firewall and all I could see were white boxes and red x's. I know it is the firewall... but I don't know if there is anything that webmasters can do to work around this.

              It's not a problem for me since I can disable the firewall... but most visitors will choose to leave instead.
