Is it really THAT big of a deal? I mean shit, I was looking at porn sites when I was like 13. No one is going to say "oh shit, I'll have to come back in three weeks when I am old enough." A small error is hardly assisting children to surf porn. And besides, a 17 year old isn't a child.

I know the law says 18 is a LEGAL adult, but I know plenty of people younger than 17 that act more adult than a lot of way older people. Point is, I don't really think that the law determines when a person is an adult or not, I think it's determined by the way they act and conduct themselves. Just my opinion.
