    Condos to purchase

Anyone know any good sites that have condos/appartments available to purchase in all areas in the US?

You might consider purchasing commercial real estate (i.e office buildings). It's a lot easier and fewer headaches than condos or apartments.

With small office buildings, the tenants sign long term (typically 5 year) leases. They pay for all repairs to everything during their lease. They deal with any building problems themselves. All you need to do is take care of landscape, parking, and the shell of the building.

They also tend to cash flow better than apartments and condos. It's not glamorous, but it's profitable.
