What part of the constitution guarantees that the goverment won't look at already collected data for statistical analysis?
What liberty is being taken from you? You don't have to fly if you don't want to. I don't remember an ammendment guaranteeing you the right to airline travel in absolute privacy. The information has been collected by the airlines for years already. You weren't crying about it then.
