Here is one.

Run an ad in the local newspaper advertising a back yard sale that starts at 7am and runs on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. He will have people knocking on the door all weekend wanting to see what he has for sale in his back yard. Did this to a friend in High School. They were pissed, called the cops and tried to get the newspaper to release who ran the ad but they refused and the cops did nothing. But since I was a teenager I paid in cash anyways
