                                                  I have a neighbor that is fanatical about his property. In the winter if it starts snowing at 3am he is out there clearing his driveway. Once cleared, he goes inside for 1/2 hour then comes back out and does it again.

                                                  We get a couple inches, I shovel mine once, he shovels his at least 5 or 6 times. He hand pics little bits of leaves out of his decorative stone in his gardens. His place does look amazing though

They would drink beer, blast loud music, and do motorcycle races in the street. We called the cops often, but the pussies never gave them a ticket or anything. Their old man eventually died of cancer and they had to sell the house. I remember laughing in their faces as they were moving. If I had to do it again, I would just shoot the fuckers.

                                                                                                                                                  Run an ad in the local newspaper advertising a back yard sale that starts at 7am and runs on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. He will have people knocking on the door all weekend wanting to see what he has for sale in his back yard. Did this to a friend in High School. They were pissed, called the cops and tried to get the newspaper to release who ran the ad but they refused and the cops did nothing. But since I was a teenager I paid in cash anyways
