    is offering a prize where you get to fuck a model prostitution?

    Wondering - is it legal to offer a prize in a contest where the winner gets to fuck a so called model?

    i know in SOME areas it is legal, but I'm refering to mainland USA, most major centers.....

                                  you can run it as a bachellorette auction...but in order to be legal you have to be sure to have a signed release from both the winner and the model that states that all that is guaranteed is the dinner/show...whatever the date is and that anything they do in private is between them as consenting adults. if you don't disociate yourself legally then yes, you can be charged with pandering/prostitution.

                                  ran a bachellor auction a few years ago so i looked into it. depending on the mood and theme of the contest, it might be implied and understood that sex is expected...but you have to be above board on paper so get signatures.
