He is believed to be the one behind alot of the beheadings and is also believed to be the one who beheaded the latest guy Eugene. He is not on the FBI's most wanted list yet but I believe after the latest video that he will soon (tomorrow) have a price on his head...quite ironic for him to have a price on his head....
