There's a keyboard that you could get for like $6, but I think it was only intended for Phantasy Star Online. (horrible game by the way)
Never seen a mouse yet.
If there is a way to make it work with a regular keyboard and mouse, it will probably be some modders hack and probably won't work worth a shit with games.
