I got rear-ended by a guy while I was waiting at a red light once. He hit me at like 75mph. I'm knocked out sitting there, he gets out, runs to my door like he's going to help me, then he drags me out and starts beating on me.

The paramedics come and have to give the guy a sedative so he will calm down. I had a concussion, and a bad headache, and a bloody face, but that was it.

The police come and are going to prosecute ME for driving while antoxicated. The guy says we were both waiting at the red light, when out of the blue, I hit it in reverse and smashed into HIM. So the police look around for people who may have seen it, and find two 5 year old boys.

They're like, 'yeah, he reversed into that car and it's his fault'...

Luckly for me, and old man using a walker had seen the whole thing from the window of his house. He comes out and starts yelling at the kids, and then tells the police what really happened.

He tells them how I was waiting at the red light when he rear-ended me, then beat me up like I was at fault. The police take the old guys statement over the 5 year olds, and arrest the guy with vehicular assault, assault with intent to injur, reckless driving, driving while under the influence of alcahol, and driving while under the influence of a mind altering drug.

He got like 90 years cause he was also wanted all over Canada for robbery, auto theft, attempted murder, possession of an illegal firearm, possession of cocaine and heroine with intent to distribute, fraud, resisting arrest and felony flight (running from the police)...

Damn, I swear, If the gun laws weren't so tight here in Canada, I would gun his ass down.

That is the worst experience of my life, and I wouldn't wish it on anyone, no matter how much I hate 'em.

I am a British guy who was once walking to get some cigarettes from a local store in the state of Nebraska USA.

I was stopped by the Police who wanted to know why I was "walking" on the street.

They asked me if I had a car nearby ...... but I told them that my car was back in London England. They found this very funny. But those fuckers still had their guns pointed at me the whole time.
