I've tried both posting an ad in the newspaper and handing out business cards to girls, neither has really worked THAT well, but I would say hand out cards. With an ad in the paper you pay money and girls call and you tell them that it's nude and then they're not interested. At least handing out business cards you can try to convince the girl to do it. Or going to the beach with a wad of cash to hand out to teenage tourists works too.Comment

ads don't produce that great results, for every 100 hundred phonecalls u might get one chick who follows up and will test shoot, what she looks like is a crapshoot. I think if you have ONE website, that if u are a good recruiter u might be able to do it but it's just not worth the time and effort. Take a look at FTVGirls, how many girls do you think they recruited themselves? A few.
Agents and recruiters are necessary. And your own models can be your best recruiters. We're now paying girls a nice bounty for recruiting. My photog just shot one of those girls and he was ecstatic, the girl wasn't like the agency girls with her eye on the clock and no agent on his back wanting to hustle the girl away to another gig - he shot her all day long, took her into the mountains for some outdoor sets - u can't do that with an agency girl and make any money.I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I personally find WAY different results from my ads. The best recruiter you can ask for is a good model who understands business and has been happy shooting for you in the past.

Since you want girls that haven't done anything adult before - scratch the strippers. Many of the good ones probably have posed for soneone before.
Put the ad in the paper asking for models with no exp. req..
When they call, they will ask about $$, try to avoid it on the phone. Tell them it depends on the model and the type of shoot you will be doing.
Pick an early afternoon to meet them all (call it interviews), one at a time at a Denny's or something. Set the appointments 10 minutes apart. Bring your wife/girlfriend/sister/someone female. Bring your camera.
Meet each one, take a picture of her, and keep track on your notepad (or better yet a form you printed out) of the number of the pic you took. You'll know pretty quick if she is someone you want.
When they ask about money, talk about how you are paying $75 an hour for underwear. Explain the market is thin for that, but you may have an opening or two. Say you pay $100 an hour for topless, and have several sources needing this material, and $150 for full nude. If you are looking for toys and stuff, you might want to wait until the shoot starts to discuss it - say you can do XXX number of extra for that type of shoot.
Get their number, tell them you will call after you have reviewed all applicants.
I would be honest, but would not tell them outright you are putting them on the web.
Offer them a CD with the entire shoot after you finish editing and brushing it all up.
Make DAMN sure you get photocopies of their ID (if you don't have a copier have them bring copies, but check it yourself), and go out and get a modeling agreement. They have to sign it before you shoot. you can do a search on Google, their are millions of them out there for free you can pull down and customize.
Some will want to bring boyfriends, husbands, etc. That's up to you but I don't recomend it...
