i've fasted before, not that great results.

on the other hand, i've got bad acid/reflux so i've cut out caffiene and most preservatives for a month, since vegas and i noticed my system cleaning out.

i just drink a ton of milk now. don't know if this will help anyone but its done some good for me.

Enemas are great for giving your insides a spring clean... they're great fun too.

It's the sort of thing you can do with a group of friends to brighten up a rainy afternoon.
