I've got dual 19" LCDs on one machine and dual 17's LCDs on my other. I can't imagine working with one monitor any moreComment

You don't need a dual headed video card to use two monitors. Just drop in an extra video card. Keep in mind that the first PCI slot may not be usable if the AGP slot is used. Other than that, I've run with as many as 4 video cards in one computer, on both Windows & Linux.Comment

I have the Matrox Parhelia card - it supports three heads.
I bought a 21.3" LCD but for some reason it didn't get along with the two 21" Sony's on my desk so I returned it. I don't know why, and didn't have time to figure it out. But I couldn't live without two monitors. I look forward to not being able to live without three monitors. I'll use one for work, one for GFY, and one for ICQ.Comment

I used to either use a nice scenic panorama, or some images from nasa's site (nice and big).
