Every 20 seconds, a person in the United States has a heart attack. At least 250,000
people die of heart attacks each year before they reach a hospital. We know what causes most heart attacks. Should the government make Big Macs illegal or should folks understand the consequences of making them their dietary staple? Our government only prohibits pot because it's easier for people to grow their own pot than make their own booze, so booze is the bigger tax cash crop. Same with cigarettes. Yet both of those are tremendous health risks while marijuana's is negligible at best. Madness indeed.
