That's ridiculous. We not only know the slogan, we've all seen the videos and the results of accidents. Any more redundant education of that type is for the mentally retarded.
Those people that get behind the wheel while drunk ARE ALREADY AWARE. Making the aware, aware of something is dumb? Unless you want to have somebody holding your hand throughout life like a babysitter, education is not the key. I suppose if a teacher had stepped in and told this guy, don't get in the car because you may kill somebody, that would have stopped him, right? Right...
Somewhere along the line you choose to do things and you must accept the responsibility for it's consequences.
Oh wait, maybe we should educate people on how bad smoking is, LOL. 50 years of education on this subject isn't enough to get people to stop. How much more educating do you suppose you need before you say that smoking will give you cancer? You can learn that in an hour. Forget that, you can learn that in a minute, remember it you entire life, and never smoke as a result.
