    how not to do customer service

    When someone sends you an email asking a specific question do not send them back a form letter that doesn't even acknowledge their question.

                      There is no customer service anymore its just a catchy marketing phrase. Anytime I call now if I get a live person, they are from some third world country and have a very poor grasp of english. Big corporations dont give a shit.
