      Dude that will look terrible. Its basic knowledge small pics cant be made bigger without fucking the pics up.

                                              I think you need to use Fractals or something of that sort to virtually eliminate the loss in quality when enlarging.

                                                  Fractals are calculations...you dont draw with fractals.

                                                  Vectors also keep quality no matter what size but that has nothing to do with pictures like this.
