I used to host with velcom, they are cheap but not
very good, if you want a succesful paysite you need
to host with a reliable company

Ok I will say it. Yet another paysite without even a basic grasp of the current (not revised) 2257 requirements. This only concerns me, since if the easy to follow 2257 posted info is non compliant it makes me worried about the behind the scenes compliance.Comment

Yes, you beat me to it... The site does not comply with 2257 laws.
But heck, If the feds start cracking down... They will start with the sites that stick out like a sore thumb, when it comes to compliance. I believe it's a manditory 5 years for non- compliance! And they could arrest you tomorrow, and they would win! Hope you like jail food...
Fix that first thing...

The wisest words spoken here. Yes the designer can design, but I doubt it will sell. One more thing, loose those models who arnt teens, that will stop any chance of sales, a teen site needs teens. My the layout and design looks too 1999 or so. It reaks of pay site from page one.
Surfers are getting smarter, have been for some time really. So when they see a "standard" layout, as someone else already metioned, when they are surfing for free porn the back button gets hit fast.
It's maybe better to hit the front end with a free site feel that only gives teasers. The hit them with the membership look when they want more than a few quick shots to get thier rocks off.
I see your site and it screams pay to play from page one. That equals back button and back to the next listing hoping for enough free juice to tug one off.
Tempt them without screaming, "Hey give me money!" long enough to get them horny or atleast past the first page or so.
