I'm sorry about your friend but she's an idiot. She needs to turn off her computer and throw it away before she hurts someone. Hopefully if she loses some money, next time she'll be a little smarter. But I doubt it, she'll do it again. Some people can never learn from their mistakes and by the attitude she gave you she sounds like the type that will.

I have friends who have been online for years and they still send me those, "This is girl is missing" shit or the "forward this and Bill gates will send money" bullshit. They should know it's a lie, I've told these people it's a lie, and I?ve pointed them to websites showing it's a lie. And yet ever time they get a new email they fall for it.

Tell her next time she gets an email offering something or asking her to forward it to friends to just copy and paste the subject of the email and run a search for it in google. It will no doubt lead her to site after site that has posted the email as fraud or fake.
