I read the other comments and came to the conclusion that perhaps I am missing something.
For me simply Romania has the worst reputation in the world, when we are talking about the citizens, but I know that this may be only a stereotype.
Even polish people have not everywhere a good reputation.

Well, Gypsies are everywhere, I agree, but I think those on that pic are actually Romanians.
Many of them were coming to Poland only to beg ( or sometimes steal ). From time to time hey were caught by the police and deported to Romania.

That may give me a false impression of Romanian people in generall. I will try to change it by visiting Romania some day.

No, I know that many gypsies live in Poland but also many people came to Poland from Romania and acted like on that pic.

I didn't mean that as an offense, I should even have more knowledge about it because of my studies in "international relations".

Here are some pics I took in Romania last year.

It's a very beautiful country. They have a lot more great things to offer than wine, but indeed it seems they don't know how to market it.
