Ive been pushing there 4free (pink4free) program for at least 3 years now. The support is very good (kira and Mike K. are great) and payouts are always on time.
There has been some changes lately that make things a bit harder for the PPC SE promoter like myself but I plan on still using them.
Of course they needs to be up for me to do this.
