Why do people always bring up the 1st Amendment in cases like this? The 1st amendment states

Yes, the guy that fired her was a total asshole. She should not be fired for something so stupid. BUT, it is his company, and he should have the right to hire, or fire any damn body he wants to. He did not take away her right to voice her opinion, he just didn't let her do it on HIS PROPERTY!
