I'm one of those idiots. It has gone up and down. I have both US and CDN bank accts. Both business and personal. I exchange as I see fit. Seeing as tho I get paid in both US and CDN dollars I don't feel as tho I am an idiot. Quite frankly, I can survive just fine off the CDN bank account while my US accounts flourish. I use the US money when paying in US and my personal US account when going to the US or anywhere else that accepts US currency. IMO the idiots are the ones that solely rely on the US $.
