Well, my first impression was that it was CP. I'm sure that most people had the same impression. It was still questionable. Unfortunately, most surfers are not CP experts. It looked like CP. Doesn't matter if it's legal, it's a thin red line between disgusting CP and legal?!!? pictures. You have to be a retard to even risk it.
