    the sad part is that this wouldn't have happened if the mom wasn't fucking around

    just a few months earlier the mom and dad split because she was whoring around with another guys and couldn't be responsible.

    so dad couldn't pick the kids up from school any more since he had to work to support the family while mom was out playing around.

    Had mom not been a typical whore, this innocent 11 year old would be alive today.

                                      so if the mom or dad had been there, do you not think that we'd be hearing about some other innocent girl that got abducted that day?? the man was on a mission to get a girl, any girl... no matter how hard you try to protect your kids, more than likely there'll be one parent that's not trying hard enough & thats where a kidnapper will succeed.

                                              just shows u the way the justice system works, he was in and out of jail and look what happens.

                                              then a drug dealer gets 12 years for having some dope on him but child molestors get another chance.

                                                  the guy who did this was acquitted from his last trial --- he was witnessed by several people holding a girl at knife-point on the side of a highway, and she ran into the highway and was saved by a passing car.

                                                  the jury acquitted him after hearing his story -- he was holding her at knife-point to protect her from running out into the highway -- and so he walks with nothing.

                                                  there's some fucking bullshit. throw some blame on those twelve fucks, too.

                                                                  Yes.. I read that as well. Holding her from running out to the highway my ass. The Jury of that trial have this childs death on there shoulders now as well. I don't know all the details but it sounds to me like a bunch of ignorant fucks that just didnt want to be sitting on jury duty for long taking the easy way out.

                                                                  That was in 97 though. Who the hell knows if he would be out yet. Regardless it "may" have changed him if he would have been convicted of that crime. Who the hell knows.

                                                                      One can only hope this POS gets payback by the general population in Florida State Prison. They will likely keep him in protective custody, but one can hold out hope that he lives to see some AIDS payback by a gang of nothing to lose lifers. I feel sorry for the Public Defenders who are assigned his case, its defendants like that which make criminal death penalty defense attorneys alcoholics and chain smokers.
