I bought from him once, found out that 40% came from asia and another 40% from south america (never seen such a high percentage in south american traffic before), once confronted he denied it and blamed it on our faulty GeoIP software. Our tech guys looks into that but couldn't find anything wrong with our GeoIP.
... from my expirience, he delievers a good amount of traffic and it doesn't look like hitbot traffic to me, however the quality of his traffic is pretty much useless, pretty similar to chocker's traffic.
Would never buy from them again and would not recommend them to anyone else.
