why doesnt GFY do something together?

maybe a linklist or a tgp?

say we have 150 webmasters in the program ...

each person puts $10 per week into the pot which is $1.5k

the site owner now takes that $1.5k and makes deals with a few traffic brokers to get high quality CLICKED traffic in various niches so it flows nicely.

thats what? 214k hits per week into the site? im figuring on an average price of $7 per 1k hits (about average for high quality)

Now there is 150 webmasters in the program right? Well then we make the site have 300 links! 2 per person!

The site might have a script which rotates the links randomly each time the page loads, so everyone has a chance at the top and bottom plenty of times.

Seams like its alot of work for the site owner i guess, maybe he can get $100 per week just for his management help and hosting bills? or maybe we can put like 2 banner spots and let him sell these for his own profit? i dunno

we can all vote on who would run the site, can pick someone we all know and trust

well seams like a decent idea and fun for everyone, wish someone would set it up

I wouldn't be so trusting of the GFY community. I have a list of "members" that have burned me. I'm sure there's many more.

High quality traffic at $7 per k? The most anyone would get it around $40 / 7 = 5.7k hits per month. or 200 hits a day. Huge waste of time for everyone but the owner.

well whoever is running the site can manage this stuff.

he collects the money lets say 1 week in advance, and only lists the amount of links as people paid for

naturally there is a way around it so nobody gets burned, just a matter of starting it up i guess

im not here to argue with you bro, just posting a thought i had.

i think it would work out well if done correctly, and lots of people would have some fun with it.

$40 per month from 100 people is $4,000

for $4k you will get some decent amount of hits for the month, cant tell me there wont be sales to be made

just gotta gamble that your thumbs/links are getting clicked more than someone elses i guess. Its a risk we take each day in this biz

the only questionable thing i can think of, is if you pay for your week or month and the owner cant find enough traffic to buy.

i guess whoever gets that job would have to have huge traffic connections and able to bring in as much as needed per day

personally i couldnt do it, i dont know enough traffic brokers lol

now assuming we find someone who we all trust, and he is willing to take this on ... whats in it for him?

say 20% of payed spots, plus any banner/ad sale incomes?

so what can he make, maybe $300-$500 per month?

is it worth it for him to do this job for that money?
