    Any Opeth fans? Saw those guys last night.

    Besides the head banging and the audience growling at the band like gorillas on crack, damn good show. Opeth are amazing musicians.

      I saw them in London last spring and they were great. I fell in love at that concert but that is a different story.

                  I was surprised at how packed the club was... there are a lot more Opeth fans than I would have expected in the Dallas area.

                      they have a large fanbase and in places where they might not travel to often people are going to come from all around to see them. They are the best 'prog' metal I have heard in a while.

                                  the best one I went to that year and I went to a HUGE amount of black metal gigs because I was seeing a major metal junkie (not to mention I lliked it)

                                      It's good. Of course, they can only play about 6 or 7 songs, because every song is so damn long.
