Selling penis enlargement anything is fraud, they dont work and the adult online industry embracing these people makes us all look like frauds. Its more ammo for anybody that wants to come after us.

Real Doctors? What are their credentials?Originally posted by Steve G
Our company is launching customer support done by REAL DOCTORS. we have worked very long on this deal, but in a very near future we will have 3-5 doctors working full time for us. This way these kinds of law suits wouldn't happen. We also can help other penis enlargement companies get doctor's approvals on their product and do customer support.
Very sorry to hear abuot Leading Edge Cash, they are good guys and don't deserve such bad publicity. We are what we repeatedly do.-AristotleComment

If someone can successfully sue a company because the product didn't 'work' for them, regardless of what it touts, then I'm going to sue the makers of Tylenol, because their product never cured a single headache of mine.
From reading the article, I do wonder about the 'unsolicited email', which enticed this guy to click and then buy the product.
What I'm wondering is...what was said in the email?
If the email guarantees success, would that be a reason to sue?
This is nothing against Leading Edge or anyone, for that matter...it's a question about what the email might have said to the consumer.
That a product doesn't 'work'..I just don't see that as grounds for a suit, especially when said product offers a 100% refund, which Leading Cash does.
Also, if that's a basis for a lawsuit, then every patient who dies from cancer treatment or any other treatment has grounds for suit, which they don't.
And, Ben...that was tasteless, tacky...and not a great marketing move.Raven

I know right, they won't have their credentials for long. Doctors were censured for making online perscriptions...
The Feds are gunning for penis pills as well.

Im too busy getting my lawsuit on, I wont worry about putting up links to mensniche.Originally posted by Ben-MensNiche
Yep, that seems to be the American way though - don't like the outcome of something, sue them. Seems the economy is built on lawsuits. Most other cultures don't seem nearly so hell bent on suing each other.Comment

I'd like to point to a post I put earlier up on this thread that it was meant humorously and that I didn't mean any harm by this. I offer a full apology to Leading Edge Cash for the comment and any damage caused.Originally posted by Ben-MensNiche

I agree with both of your posts on the returns of selling 'the real deal', but we are talking apples and oranges. Viagra/Cialis/Etc being for dysfunction where as the PenisPill producers are for size issues (Low Self Esteem).Originally posted by kmanrox
Of course you're not. You know as well as anyone if your wares worked, they'd be prescribed by doctors =)
My product sells itself, and most of the money is made from reorders. Our customers know what they're getting. Some day you're going to have to deal with it, in much the same way 'penis pill' sponsors have to deal with their chargebacks and lack of reorders.
Selling the penis pill with the Viagra is always a possibility. "Keep your new enlarged penis erect with an order of Viagra".
As for the lawsuit, never forget the bitch who sued McDonalds over the coffee. The US has a wonderful legal system, and I would not want to be a Penis Enhancement company sitting in front of a Jury in Colorado. I would seek to 'silence' the other party. Can't have a case without a plaintiff. Settle this one, and move on.

Truly tasteless. They pay you to do this type of marketing?Originally posted by Ben-MensNiche
Well, just in case it's not common knowledge, according to the Denver Post this morning, Leading Edge Cash are on the receiving end of a class action lawsuit regarding their penis enlargement product Vig-RX (to name but one). With the volume of expected litigants, it looks like they may have serious problems remaining in business.
Full story: http://www.denverpost.com/Stories/0,...938412,00.html
So, far be it for me to kick someone while they're down, but heaps of you are likely to want to change all your links to other sponsors. Obviously you're all savvy enough to check out the other programs before signing up, but as most of parties involved in the lawsuit are on U.S. or Canadian soil, I would greatly recommend joining one that's overseas.

Since when is what the Feds do decided by fairness? They've already said they are going after penis pill companies for UCE etc.
The FTC is gunning and they pick and choose the targets, just like Spitzer and M$ in NY.
And they are going after other herbals..

Quite True....Just checked their sites out and the bottom line is you either have a big cock or a small one and there isn't a fucking thing you or any one else can do about it....
I find these type of sites to be scams...nothing but a few pills with herbal extracts that you can purchase at the local drug store and consume as a dietary supplement for pennies compared to what these guys charge.
Oh ya, I trust these fuckin quack doctors. Most of these ass clowns aren't even doctors but are mail order doctors or have a doctorate in literature or better yet bullshit....We are what we repeatedly do.-AristotleComment

of course selling non-FDA approved generics of viagra etc to the US (anda bunch of other countries) is illegal. Good luck with that.Originally posted by kmanrox
if you're going to go overseas, you may as well sell the real thing that everyone knows and trusts, hit me on ICQ, invite only...Comment
