i think the cutoff date to send em' all out was monday. if you havent got them yet you should be getting them soon.

Another thing to remember is that if the Company is not based in the USA you will probably not one from them. I had this happen to me last year (don't remember who, think it was Flashcash) and they said I would not be getting one because they were in Canada.

Another point is that you don't need them if you have your records straight. You do not need to send them in with your taxes (if I read correctly on the IRS site). They are more of a "hey dumbass we (the sponsor) claimed this amount as a deduction as non-employee compensation so you better claim it as income if you don't want to be audited" type document than anything else.

as quoted from that page:

"You will not usually attach a 1099 series form to your return, except when you receive a Form 1099-R that shows income tax withheld. You should keep all other 1099s for your records"

All of the SICCash 1099's went out on or before Monday.

please remember with a flood of 1099's the post office may get backed up.. just like they do at the holidays.. some 1099s may take over a week to reach their destinations..

Same here, I know I should have a 1099 from TCG, and another few companies and have only received one so far! Not good, I need to do my taxes!

I was promoting lovedollars last year and never got a 1099. I'd estimate I made at least $20grand with them too.

Thing is I didn't do taxes last year

I just got back from local IRS office, they will give you a printout with all reported income info.
