I opened a namecheap account 6 days ago so Groove could push the domain to me I bought from him, 2 days later I put some money in through my cc and ~12 hours later they closed my account and I got an e-mail that my money was credited back to my card.Nothing about my account closing.
I mailed them and asked what was going on and Richard the guy from Namecheap asked me for my phone number so he could confirm my account
I gave him the number from my namecheap profile 3 days ago but nobody called yet, also their support seems to be very slow and only avaible at US times (I'm located in northern europe).I still wait for a call or an e-mail where they tell me why they closed my account.
Seems that I won't do business with them in the future.Anybody had similiar problems?
