I never sent them loads so Im not a great indication, but I was sending them only about 400 uniques a month from very targeted search engine traffic to sites that matched the keywords allmost exactly that they had and I never made a sale.
But like I said although it was very targeted to there sites and very niche it wasnt loads of traffic

I think they're good - they pay on time, they're very prompt with responding to issues. Best of all their sites convert (based on previous posts).

Their sites are not designed for webmasters - But for the guy that carries a credit card and makes his choice regarding possible purchase.

Xtc-Xtc - i really like the sites you have, my only thing is that some of the links on your webmster site don't work. For example, if I try to login from the sites page at http://www.extremepaychecks.com/sitelist.htm (which I sometimes try to do because I check out what sites each sponsor has before I decide to use them on a design) I get a 404 page. If I log in from the homepage is works fine.
