Hosted Galleries - "An answer to 2257"?

I am preparing to put back graphics onto the SexEducation.com website and ensuring I dot all I's and cross all T's.

Does Adult.com have hosted galleries?

And if so - there should be no confusion with regardes to the new 2257 law now - if - I don't have any graphics on my server but HOT LINK and provide the gallery's as provided by Adult.com?

Is that correct?

I someone wants to link to our hosted galleries, then that's fine for 2257 purposes. If they want a thumb on their web page on their domain, then they have to use or hotlink a non-hardcore thumb, so it is exempt from 2257. A cropped or simulated hardcore pic is not acceptable, it has to be a non-hardcore thumb, eg foreplay.

But only thumb nails ...

Some how I have to solve this graphic problem.

And I apologized for my misaction during a very angry post ...where I attempted blog down ALL suppliers of that site ...

However "illegal.??" (use your imagination) NO LONGER EXISTS !!!

And if it does - I will go after them again and again and again.
