And there's a ton of hot 18 year olds with juicy cookies who grow up to be poor hoodrats. There aren't a lot of people around here to make more than eight dollars an hour so my guess is that it will be ME who will bounce back.
And Phila is one of the ugliest cities on earth. Most of Phila is a "bad part of town" anyway.
