hey everyone, i've just purchased a mini-dv cam and i've got some webspace as well as some great ideas for concepts.

i'm located in toronto, where the most georgous and money-hungry hoe's live in the world.

now, i would like to work with some of these women and build something from the ground up.

now, i have some intro questions:
where do u find women? off the street? friendz? etc?
do u set up a website w/ content and charge on credit cards?
or can u just create scenes and sell 2 distributors, if so, what is the goin rate for women per scene, let's say, hardcore, and how much do distrobutors take?

A few steps to follow.

- Buy a cam (done)

- Hire a crack ho or two

- Rent a hotel room. Rent a really cheap one in the most baddass area of town. They usually don't care if you wreck the room since they haven't changed the sheets since '72 and the mattress is soaked in piss.

- Get the two ho's to make out in front of the camera. Bonus point if they fight in Jell-O, pudding, whipped cream or chocolate syrup. Extra bonus points if they fight in all that stuff mixed together.

- Get the movie on a dvd.

- Give it a badass title. I suggest something like "crack pipe alley" (for an anal sex movie) or "Heroin Lesbians" (lesbian scene in exchange for a brown sugar fix)

- Try to find a distributor.

- Get refused by every sane distributor on the face of the earth.

I hate to say this to someone that is so excited about the biz but if you know so little it will be a long time before you make money....I've been doing all kinds of things in the biz for about 3 years and my brother about 4. I don't have time to post all the ins and outs. But here's the key thing (IMHO) that you need to realize and plan for:

There is no 'if you build it, they will come'.

The best content, the best tour, the slickest route to the join page - all for nothing if you can't figure out how to get surfers to your front page.

Content drives the industry, but traffic is by far the most challenging part of it. You should gain some mastery of the traffic side before starting your own paysite.
