Perhaps I am confused. To me..."Outright" does mean exclusive. I don't mean to stir trouble on your thread Rick...Just looking for clarification for those who may be interested in picking up your business.

Aaron, thanks for calling me. Like I told you on the phone I want to buy a license to use as offen as I want on my sites. But I want to keep the costs as low as possible so I'm buying content that gets sold to other people as well or gets used in feeds as well.

For those of you who where not able to listen in on our call....Here is the full rundown on Rick's needs.

1: Edited, watermarked, encoded, and clipped to his specs.
2: Screen caps for webmasters to use in galleries.
3: NON-Exclusive in the niches he mentioned above.
4: Trailers to his specs.

He's buying in bulk. This is a great opportunity for some of you lesser known content providers to prove yourself and establish a business relationship with a very well known and respected person/company.

For the larger content companies....If you have a decent library of stuff that you have not had the time to market yet.....This may be of interest to you as well.

Divx huh? So, you are against sombody using unlicensed content but you will use Divx to encode videos even though they currently do not license for adult use.

he's right - DivX ain't cool with adult and you will be hearing from their lawyers eventually.

DivX is also full of shit, this has nothing to do with being associated with porn - they just want a piece of the porn pie and are figuring out how to do it and with whom.
