my cv ratios are at their lowest ever! times are good for me!

      Often times I wonder why
There's love and hate, theres live or die.
When sickness comes I must decide:
      When feelings go, theres suicide.

this one might help you. I posted it on another board:

Radical changes have been going on since day one and they will continue to occur. Webmasters job is a continuous battle and that's the challenging part of it. That's somehow the nature of internet as well.

If you do steps ahead, you stay on top.
If you follow successful steps, you stay on track.
If you remain stable, soon or late you dissapear.

It's essential to realize these simple facts. Failing to do so can result in failure. Among the webmasters I have talked and met in the past two years were more than few that remained stable. Stable on their marketing techniques, traffic sources, understanding customer needs etc Some of them were generating significant amounts of money and that gave them the wrong impression this will continue to go on forever. Outcome? They dissapeared and that happened during a two years period of time.

There are many business sectors that changes happen with slow tempo. Internet and adult industry are not among them. We live in the information age which is nothing else than the digital expression of a never-ending storm. Even top educational institutes like MIT that used to be ahead of everything frequently fail now to follow the changes.

Its ever changing. I remember when I'd get 1:3 with Freeezine Bucks. You just gotta evolve with the times.

So why am we having the two content stores redesigned and programmed, opening a video content store, a lease gallery, taken on a new employee, enlarged the studio, bought 4 new Multiblitz Verilux 500 flash lights ($1000 each), planning to buy the Sony PD170 and other things?

We got clients buying more and more clients. But some content providers are dropping out of the business, some are not shooting new, some are having blow out sales, some are giving out to others to sell.

In short the Internet is evolving, it's getting more professional and those who do not change will suffer.

Blowout deal. 880 videos, 2,400 image sets, plus many RAW videos. $500.
PM me for a deal. Skype Paulmarkham70
