Its a shame that so many people vote for who they think will win or who they feel has a shot at winning because they want to associate themselves with the winner and not the loser.
You should vote for who you believe has the solutions or represents your viewpoints the best. I am the media communications coordinator for The La Porte County Libertarian Party. I don't consider my membership in the party or my vote for the party a waste in any sense of the word regardless of what everyone else ends up voting.
I wonder if you care to explain exactly how someone voting for a minority party is wasted vote. Its an interesting philosophy - maybe you can help me understand it?
The only wasted vote is cast by those who don't vote at all.

The goal should be to restore some democracy to the US, that will require getting rid of Bush. Bush's view of the American Empire is very very distubing, his economics favor the wealthy and are killing those looking for work regardless of their skill set.
If you are in college and vote for Bush you are helping to ensure you won't find a job very easily when you get out.
Kerry is not my cup of tea but he is a better choice than Bush and in time you will learn elections are usually a choice of the lesser of two evils.Comment
