I'll tell you.
1) Cut your calories down.
2) Lower your carbs A LOT.
3) Lower your fat intake.
4) Hit the gym at least 3 times a week... do cardio 30 mins each time. The stair climber (gauntlet) will burn the most.
5) Drink a TON of water. You will drop 10 lbs right away if you up your water intake.
6) Stay in this plan no matter what. It sucks.
7) Allow yourself 1 - 2 cheat meals per week to eat whatever you want. It will reward you, keep you sane, and shock your body and raise your metabolism.
8) Don't eat late at night.
9) EAT!!! Don't starve yourself, you have to eat. Aim for 4 - 5 SMALL meals a day, low carbs, low fat. By eating often in small amounts you will raise your metabolism.
10) You will lose 10 - 15 lbs fast. The rest is hard work. Stick to this plan and you will lose. If you want to lose even faster, train with weights and you will burn faster and build muscle at the same time. Leg days at the gym will burn a ton of calories.
11) Take a thermogenic pill to help reaise your metabolism and burn while you are doing nothing. Hydroxycut and the like are all good, many to choose from.
12) If all else fails, there is a steriod called "clembutorial" (spelling?) that will really help you out. Research how to take it and cycle it for about 8 weeks. On your off days, take your thermogenic.
13) Take a pic of you in your underwear BEFORE you start all this, relaxed. Then every few weeks take another to see your progress. This is a good mental booster to keep it going when you can see the results.
