                                                      It'd likely be best to search for companies that you believe have quality technical support and then contact them with your request. You'll likely be able to get a much better deal than posted on their site if you're doing 500 Mbits..

                                                              I beleive theplanet is also a colo datacenter where lots of resellers host their stuff. So it does not mean this guy is reselling servermatrix stuff (but he may well be)
