This will be my ONLY post in this matter or any other matter, seeing as how everyone has developed their own opinion about me (even people who I have never spoken to).
The first thing I want to clear up is, Donovan Phillips is the ONLY person who purchased a video who did not get it. I had forgotten about it and even offered his money back. He contacted me and gave me his address again and said to send it when its complete.
As for the subject at hand. Ivy did infact lock me out of everything. She's taken over my domain name which legally belonged to my fiance. HE paid for it and it was in his name. I never signed anything saying she could take over it, and neither did he.
She changed all the info on my whois, to her info, and even changed who owns it. She then switched it from webair to directnic.
One month after having her as my "designer", she locked me out of ccbill and began shaving profit. I got emails telling me who signed up and for how much. When there is $300 worth of signups and im only getting a $23 check, something is wrong. This wa supposed to be a 50/50 partnership. No numeric system I know of makes $23 half of $300.
She has also been using my images to promote her own website. WHen I confronted her about it, she claimed she had no idea what I was talking about. Oddly enough, the next day everything was back to promoting heatherhamptons.com (hmmm)
She's also locked me out of the members area. SHe claims I was in breech of contract. She sent me an email 9 days ago saying that I have only updates 15 out of 30 weeks (which is a lie in itself), but then 3 days ago she told my photographer it was 14 out of 33 weeks. Then last night she posted in a yahoo group saying it was 14 out of 34. Amazing how 3 weeks go by in 9 days. (im willing to forward these emails to anyone that wants to see them. THe truth of the matter is yes..I did miss a few updates. I had a breast lift AND augmentation 7 weeks ago. Before I had surgery I let her know that I would be getting this done. I also sent her content to update with while I was getting surgery, and even sent her content once I returned. AFTER THAT is when I missed updating. 4 weeks I believe. I haven't been able to do anyshoots yet. Im very sore and bruised. I also live 3 hours away from my photographer since I moved to Charlottesville 3 1/2 months ago.
She also stopped promoting heatherhamptons.com LONG ago. In our contract it states that she will be doing all of my marketing. I dropped from 120,000 (when I was running the site) to over 500,000. Im not alone in this either. There are several other websites she "handles" that have dropped off the face as well. Feel free to look up on alexa.com, heatherhamptons.com kaseykline.com temptingeve.com and then privateivy.com. As you can see IVY's site is the ONLY one getting traffic.
I have tried settling this with Ivy, one on one, but she refuses to act like an adult. She does not return phone calls or emails. Luckily, I have a receipt that shows my fiance is the one who purchased the domain name. Ialso have a screen cap that shows Ivy changed the info to her, and she is the one who transfered it to directnic. It even has the date and time.
