    Janet was set to introduce the Luther Vandross Tribute at the Grammys, but CBS has allegedly retracted the invitation.

                                                                                  She was supposed to present an award to Luther Vandross, but he is sick and won't be attending. So there is no spot for Janet now, and that is the real reason why she isn't going on the show.

                                                                                  It just creates a better news story for the media if they imply she won't be there because of the flashing.
