They stole his own content only he has the model release for it because he shot it, they know they dont have it because they stole it. If like they say its an affiliate who stole it (which we all know it isnt) then they need to check with there affiliate, but that doesnt matter anyway because there isnt an affiliate its them who have stolen his content.
