If you take an AVERAGE man and woman swinging fists in a rage then chances are the guy will be able to do more damage... that's why you need to think twice about reciprocating. Of course there are exceptions where the female is much stronger than the male.
If a girl tries to hit me I just grab her wrists and hold them. I have never slapped a woman let alone punched her.
