Trust me, if the income outweighs the risks/costs of including any particular country, that country would be included.
Even if we did make exceptions, by the way, it would hardly be a good idea to make those exceptions publicly. We'd be flooded with board postings the next day from people promising they're honest, and asking to be included. If we didn't make exceptions for them as well, then THEY would have every right to take it personally. That's why we don't make exceptions.Comment
