If you had to guess, how many times a day do you think you check your e-mail? I check mine at least 15 times for every hour im at my computer, so about every 3 or so minutes. I guess im addicted to checking my e-mail.

Outlook is just always on and it auto-checks for me at 5 minute intervals, so thats 288 times a day.

Yeah, I think you'll find that most people just have their email programs open all the time and it's constantly bringing in email through-out the day.Comment

Im so dumb. I never even realized you can set up your e-mail to auto-check all your mail. I just put mine on auto right now for every 5 minutes.

Same, and more than half the time its some annoying fucking spam. Currently I am apparently REALLY STRESSED because I get Xanax and Valium spams on almost every check.
