#2 spf is coming ..and if it works, which i bet it will, its gonna have a huge impact.

Dont be fooled by the cockyness. Only a fewmailers/programmers really know what they are doing, and know people who can code something that *could* get arouned new systems. The rest rely on grabbing a free copy of a mailer, loading their proxies and mailing like the other thousands of sheep that do it daily. If you knew what mailing programs were out you would see that 90% of the people all use the same one. When that shit tanks, they will all start to shit themselves.

Thre will definitely be some weeding of the smaller mailers..thats for sure...in the end, there will be less spam..there will still be some spam..but less spam
internal mailers are effective. The accounts are even cheaper than lists or proxies too. With $200 you can buy around 20,000 - 30,000 yahoo accounts depending on the seller. With those you can mail about 3 million people each day since yahoo doesnt kill accounts that spam, at least not yet. Aol can't simply block off al of yahoo since tons of mail would be lost.

Spf is already being used. see this article. ttp://thewhir.com/marketwatch/spf090804.cfm
