when I was a teenager and in college Larry King was on radio overnight, from like 12 to 5 am, and he was better on radio - problem is i would start listening and then I couldn't stop listening to fall asleep so i was up all night.

i stay on my computer, then take either 3mg of xanax, 30 mg of valume, some morpheine pills (dunno how many mg it is, called temgesic, similar to morpheine).... sometimes i stack different amounts of each, and sometimes i ingest the said quantities standalone depending on how tired i am if at all...

i then turn on tv and fall asleep to either a live english soccer game (that i usually have money riding on), or a DVD....

usually only one of the aforementioned.. if i mix em i'll take like 1/3 of each of them and it does the trick...

if i am actually tired and go to sleep at a normal hour i always take a Dormicum to ensure at least 6 hours of sleep...

my Doc in the USA prescribed me rispidol, then lithium... i took matters into my own hands after being called 'crazy' by him... now i sleep fine and never get in fights (rarely)... shows him... quack..
