I am thinking about ccbill for billing?

My site will fall under Merchant Category Code 5967 "high risk"

Now I want to be a VISA Sponsored Merchants so I will need to

Pay an Initial Registration Fee of $750 and wait 7-21 days?

Is their anything else out their that I should look in to?
