i ordered 10,000 hits from him earlier and he quickly replied with an email saying "your campaign is now on." the only problem is it's been hours since i got that email and no traffic. i have bought traffic from this guy twice before with no problems at all whats going on this time? i sent the guy 2 emails and still no reply.

oh my god this is some fucking bullshit...i ordered traffic from him before to my older domain right...so now this guy "pete" replied and this is what he said:
That campaign was setup and sent to http://www.alltopnotch.com/ The campaign
has expired and all traffic was sent. Please check your server logs.
When a campaign is ordered I set it up, then send you the login information
immediately. You did receive all the traffic ordered.
this fool must be on some drugs because paypal sends you a receipt from your payment. here's what i said in my paypal email order to him:
